Wrong Date in Dashboard on list view

When I change the Order Date on some of my opportunities it does not take. Ihave deleted the opportunity and re-entered them only to have it happen again on a different opportunity. The date in the entry window is correct but there is a different date in the list view. Please help as I manage my business contacts and pipeline with your software. I now can not be sure of the data even if I know it was entered correctly. Thank you
