New to Sailboat

I currently use Act! 6.0 And am previewing 9.0. The price is too high and the software is incredibly slow! I have been trying out DSM for a few days and have been fairly impressed so far. Is there a user guide that is tailored to Act! Users who are considering making the switch? I'm having issues with things like Mail Merge, contacts, and such that are relatively easy to do in ACT!. Also is there a way to migrate the information over from Act!
