Making changes in templates
From a client: I have been trying to utilize the Template Manager this morning to make a slight adjustment a template. Although I have made the changes on the template I am not able to get the fields to populate according to those changes.
Once you have modified and saved a template with the Template Manager, start the Desktop Sales Manager and choose Tools --> Select --> Choose --> (something along those lines). Choose the template you have just created/saved.
Esentially you are reloading the template that you have changed/modified into Desktop Sales Manager.
Once you get the hang of this process, I usually leave both the Template Manager and Desktop Sales Manager both running while I am developing templates. I'll use the Template Manager to modify and save a template, then switch to Desktop Sales Manager and try out my changes by loading the modified template with Tools --> Select --> Choose -->
