Desktop Sales Manager for Office/Outlook
Change Registration Email
Mon, 2008-06-23 18:07 — sadnblueish
During evaluation period I registered with a fake email address assuming I will have an option to change it when I will have a license key. Unfortunately, software doesn't ask me for an email address or name change while entering license key or even after that. How to enter my name & email address?
Wrong Date in Dashboard on list view
Sat, 2007-12-15 19:13 — tcardiff
When I change the Order Date on some of my opportunities it does not take. Ihave deleted the opportunity and re-entered them only to have it happen again on a different opportunity. The date in the entry window is correct but there is a different date in the list view.
Please help as I manage my business contacts and pipeline with your software. I now can not be sure of the data even if I know it was entered correctly.
Thank you
Outlook Calendar Uploading from Sales Manager but not downloading
Tue, 2007-12-11 22:47 — Doug Roddick
I can enter appointments in Desktop Sales Manager, and they will show up on my Outlook Calendar (We use an enterprise server). Desktop Manager is not downloading my existing calendar to the calendar function in Desktop Manager. Initially the appointments will show up in Desktop Manager if I input them from the program, but if I shut the program and restart it, the calendar is empty. Outlook Calendar will still show the appointment.
Any suggestions?
License Key will not activate
Thu, 2007-11-22 18:31 — Doug Roddick
I had to reinstall the software due to errors. I am entering my license key, but keep on getting the message that the license cannot be activiated due to a company or personal firewall. I have not made any changes to the computer, and had the program running before.
Please help!
